Chef Moses
Chef Moses is a highly experienced Chef with over thirty years of culinary expertise. He was born and raised in Kingston 20, Jamaica. At the age of 14, he began cooking professionally on weekends while attending school. He would take the ferry from downtown Kingston to Port Royal, a small fishing village, where he worked at a resort specializing in seafood for eight years. He pursued further studies at the University of Technology (UTECH)/Johnson and Whales in Hospitality Food and Beverage Management. After gaining more experience working in hotels in Kingston, Jamaica, he was granted job opportunities in the United States of America (USA) where he worked in four and five-star hotels in various states, including Florida, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Colorado Springs.

Kareen
Kareen is a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager, with over thirty years of experience in the Hospitality industry. Originally from Manchester, Jamaica, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Technology (UTECH). Kareen gained valuable experience working in the fast food and hotel industry in various parishes along the Jamaican tourist coast, where she worked as a Restaurant Manager for three years. As a result of her excellent track record, Kareen was granted job opportunities in the United States of America (USA) and worked at a five-star hotel in Florida and Colorado Springs.

Kool Vybz Kitchen
Kool Vybz Kitchen is a family-owned business that started in 2020 during the pandemic. With more free time on our hands, we started to cook gourmet food at home and decided to launch our own business. At first, we provided plates of food for our co-workers in a cloud kitchen style. After four years, we upgraded to a food truck and expanded our menu to include authentic Jamaican/American cuisine with a southern flare. Our scrumptious meals are sure to satisfy your appetite.
